Booking & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit and signed contract are required to secure your booking.

Final payment is due two weeks before your event.

Pay in full at the time of booking and receive 10 complimentary bears added to your total.

Additional Information

We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Bookings made within four weeks of the event may incur a $100 rush fee.

In case of cancellation, 25% of the deposit is non-refundable. If your event needs to be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
