6.   Event Name on Each Picture:
- For an extra personalized touch, you can choose to have the party event name printed on each picture taken in the booth. This adds a unique and memorable detail to your photos, making them even more special.

7. Payment Terms:
- To secure your booking, a 50% deposit and signed contract is required, with the final payment due two weeks before your event. As an extra incentive, events paid in full at the time of booking will receive an additional 5 bears to enhance your celebration.


Additional Information:
- For events located outside of a 30-mile radius from our home base, a small travel fee of $50 will be applied.

***To guarantee the success of your event, we recommend booking reservations at least 4 weeks in advance. For last-minute bookings made within that window, a $100 rush fee may apply to ensure we can accommodate your special day seamlessly.

***In case of a cancellation, 25% of the initial deposit is non-refundable. However, for rescheduled events, we are more than willing to work with you to accommodate your new date if availability allows. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll do our best to make your event a success on your chosen date.
